Wild West Exodus Chat: Outlaw Posses
June 22, 2018 by dignity
Stu and Darren from Warcradle Studios tell us about the differences when building Outlaw Posses for Wild West Exodus.
Unlike other factions, the Outlaws are not a single cohesive army but a collection of different groups who share the commonality that their activities are outside the law of the Union.
Which Outlaws will you be taking to the tabletop?
Well, I’ve got a small Jesse James Posse, a small Conquistadore Posse, a decent-sized Confederate Posse, and a stupidly big Golden Army Posse (possibly two!) Great stuff!
Nice to see so many options for using models across a bunch of different forces.
oh? now Stonewall get the love?

Yep.
I’m looking forward to getting a game of this soon.
I picked up the Outlaws vs Lawmen last year. I gave the Lawmen models to a friend so I will be playing as outlaws.
I also Have the Legendary Rani Nimue model. I notice there is a Posse card for her and Nautilus allegiance models. Are these other models out yet?
Not at the moment, but in the meantime, you can take another Outlaw Posse (if you have the Outlaws from the starter it’ll likely be a Jesse James Posse), and then just Rani Nimue on her own as another “Posse”) so she’s perfectly usable, even without any other Nautilus models!
But, that said, she was last years event model and supposedly getting a general release this year, so I would imagine she’ll be in a Nautilus Posse box when she’s released.
Yeah, I picked her up at the UK Games Expo. Looking forward to that Posse then.
I could lsiten to Stu and Darren talk all day about WWX. Have had a couple of small games and it is a real hoot. I love the way list building is down to a single card. I own Jesse, Frank and a handfull of other outlaw minis (from the Red Oak box set) but i am going to seriously consider how I am loading up the other chambers soon.
I’m currently working my way through building the old 1st ed Lawmen vs Outlaws 2 player starter box.I’ve picked up the 2nd ed brb and it’s past time these beautiful mini’s got some table time.
