@Warzan Headspace is actually really good. A year’s subscription is worth about £70 and with good reason. Start with the basics programmes and then you can pick and choose from all sorts. It helped me a lot a couple of years back. They call it “push ups for the mind” – so even if you are in a good place the exercises build your resilience for the dips. I never really got on with meditation until I tried this. It’s so much more accessible and practical than anything else I’ve tried.
