How does @tacticalgenius do it? I guess there’s a clue in the name… ????
Bugger
Mirliton do some lovely stuff . Especially the old Grenadier fantasy ranges
There are some lovely miniatures in their collection.
I still love Fantasy Warriors – one of the best high fantasy mass battle games ever made.
Evening all! Are you sitting comfortably? Then… let’s RUN VT! ?
As you know from my projects, I love the old Grenadier Dragons… in my ‘workbench’ project you can find the Spectral Dragon and the Frost Dragon https://www.beastsofwar.com/project/1666462/ and in my Spring Clean project there’s an Iron Dragon… I’ve got more of these magnificent beasts to appear from my pile of shame! ?
I absolutely love those Dragons. There’s something very charming about them – as I say in the show, I think it takes me back to old books.
Great show. why is it that i know most of the Indies they cover – and have brought off around 25% of them
I smell heresy … and still no one expects the Spanish Inquisition ?
Happy weekender all, I’m heckin excited about that slaine game, so I’ll probably get it either way. So save me some money thanks lads
I’ll allow traitor beakies as they might nick a load of armour from the loyalists. If it’s all beaky I’ll have opinions though.
Pog-mo-tone is coming. Can’t wait. I have alternative alternative armies in need of a wash with detol. 3 boxes ticked.
Voyage to the Moon giving me the feels from my favourite ever CoC scenario.
iitttttssssss weekender times.
Have a nice weekend.
the monk’s are modelled from Buckfast tasting room?
Couldn’t see a bus shelter included in the set so probably not
release the gimp.
well their 30K so they should be the same size as the old marines @Ben.
happy weekend.
I would just like to start by saying I hope all are having an exceptional Friday, except for Fuck @ben, he knows what he did. I hope his Friday is filled with incontinence and that all his favorite things are spoiled, may he never watch the Greatest movie ever made and know the joy of the finest actor that has ever graced gods green earth.
they need a puss in boots added up?
I blame the penny pinching lawyer that causes the screwup of Jurassic park.
a great show guys.
I saw that D&D: Onslaught being announced didn’t make the news. Interesting to me as my local shop should be able to get figures…
Will no doubt talk about it next week. Slipped through the net before we did the filming.
Why does heresy need a separate rule set? Just the same game with space marines on both sides isn’t it??
I am also wondering why they don’t just update it to the new rules used in 9th. If they are going to be updating all of the books anyway – invalidating the old big, black tomes – just update to the new rules from 9th and use that as the basis. My only thinking is that they want to try and please the current Horus Heresy crowd. I think they like that it feels different (and I guess, archaic) compared to the new rules. It would make diving into Horus Heresy a lot easier if they did make the rules… Read more »
It’s a little silly that the new Horus Heresy set seems to be mkVI vs mkVI, and I hope these aren’t limited like the last two heresy box sets.
I think this will probably end up being the new standard entry point into The Horus Heresy. Well, at least for a while. Also – all of these kits will end up being available separately in the future I would expect. They’ve done the same with the content of Betrayal At Calth and Burning Of Prospero.
Glad to see Slaine still popular. Did HeroClix ever do a miniature of him?
yeah I think they had a few, early wandering Slaine through to High King
Loving the new Carnevale sculpts…need to dust off my Doctors and Strigoi 🙂
Would love to see some models painted up in the projects!
All set for the Spring Clean Challenge! Have a fantastic weekend, folks.
