Welcome back to more playing with Battle Systems for this Star Wars Legion table build.
This is how I am dealing with the number of parts I have. Piling them up like this gives me a quick look at how many of each major part I have. This should stop those moments of "I've run out halfway through" Even though I am sure the number of spares leftover will rival the number of parts used, it's still good to have an idea of what I have.
I also stripped back a lot of my initial build to give me a better idea of what I have and where I can go now with the parts available.

@johnlyons — do you have an inventory list of all the Battle System components/Kits you are using to make this? If I want to reproduce this for my own club, what would I need?
I’ve used parts from:
x3 Galatic sets
x3 Frontier sets
1 Outlands set
And we also had about 6 sheets of extra connectors, floor tiles and a few extra 2×2 mats.
Looking forward to the end result. Glad you guys are using the battlesystem .. as I want to do the same when my CoreSpace game arrives (using terrain for Space Saga, SW Legion, and of course Core Space … and maybe some Starfinder)
I have one each of those sets and you’ll be surprised how fast you go through those connectors.
Exactly the issues I faced initially. But maybe with more thinking, you could eliminate some of the connectors.
