The Raging Heroes Kickstarter has gone incredibly well with only an hour under their belt. The main target goal has been smashed and they have plenty more stretch goals on the horizon to break apart as they fund the Light & Darkness armies...

Sci-Fi

On the Sci-Fi side of things they have the Sisters of Eternal Mercy, Void Elves and the Lust Elves which you can see below with some of their hero and troop options...

You have some very inventive looking units that certainly draw on the look and feel of armies that we all might be quite familiar with like the Sisters of Battle and Dark Eldar from Warhammer 40,000. I really do like the look of the Sisters of Eternal Mercy as they have got that really awesome gothic look to them and I reckon they'd be amazing to paint up.

I at one time wanted to run a Sisters of Battle army and I could see this being a good opportunity to do so when this hits retail in the future.

Fantasy

With Fantasy they have kept with the same themes but replaced all the guns. Instead you now have the Sisters of the Orphanage, Dark Elves and (still) the Lust Elves...

Once again you have some interesting options for your Fantasy armies here too. I think they've certainly pushed the boat out when it comes to all of these factions and the artwork is very ambitious. From the miniatures we've seen via the last Kickstarter they can certainly meet this kind of detail but some of the big monstrous kits will be something new for Raging Heroes.

The Sisters of the Orphanage are my favourites once again. I love that 'Holy Warrior' look in any game and I think that hammer wielding nuns is a good road to go down.

You can see more of each army on their Kickstarter page.

3D Renders

It's not just artwork that Raging Heroes have got for their campaign though as they have worked on some renders for the upcoming miniatures in the game already...

Sister Alteri

Santa Dolores

Harpies

Executrix

The Harpies have turned out nicely in the digital realm and Santa Dolores is another pretty special model that must look dominating on the tabletop when she's all painted up and ready to go.

A Game Too?

To round things off Raging Heroes have also promised a game for you to use these miniatures with. It isn't ready right now but they have said they are working on it in the background. According to their Kickstarter page it is cinematic, scaleable, full of mechanics not usually associated with wargaming and make you feel like you're in an action packed adventure from a handful of models to a full on army.

We shall have to see on that but for now it's going insanely well for them on Kickstarter.

What do you think of what you can see so far?
