thisisazrael and dignity just a heads up, toilets may not be as you know them, if Northern France was anything to go by, trains and station should be ok , but bars cafe’s you may find them interesting, for certain terms of interesting!
Some had unisex loos with just a drainage sink and two foot pegs to stand on.

We call them “Turkish toilets” there in France. But they are disappearing little by little in France.
