Indie Wargaming Relics Resurrected + Spring Clean Hobby Challenge Begins! #OTTWeekender
March 22, 2024 by brennon
It's OTTWeekender time! In this week's show, we revisit a classic wargame that we absolutely loved back in the day. Relics, an indie wargaming favourite is getting resurrected and the stunning and unique miniatures range is coming back to the tabletop from TTCombat.
This continues a trend of old miniatures returning with The Old World welcoming back some classic Warhammer Dwarfs and Warhammer Age Of Sigmar looking to make Skaven fans happy, expanding the range coming in the new edition. John is very bespotted by Relics though and we can see a lot of little stitchpunk puppets getting painted in the near future.

I’m totally lost too and old enough to be a relic.
I resemble that remark….
Happy weekender folk’s
I like the penguins.
Relic means closer to retirement and that’s lot of hobby time.
I am eagerly awaiting my retirement and the endless hours of (hopeful) hobby
Penguins should be from The North pole and sandjara.
Justice for penguins with funny hats
Good one guy’s
“Stitchpunk” is gonna be my new random word for a while.
Make sure to fold it into everything you do from now on I say
Great episode as always
Happy weekender all. Very GW heavy this week and not a Kroot in sight ☹️
Adepticon landed like a bit of a bomb – we did manage to sneak some other stuff in though. Don’t worry, Lloyd will bring the Kroot by the bucketload in the future.
They missed a trick with the Stormcast. They were released as the ressurected heroes of the realms who never take their masks off. When they finally came off it should have been revealed they were the heroes of all races, magically compelled to work for Sigmar, not just all humans as assumed. How much cooler would that have been? Orcs, humans, skaven, lizardmen all in the same armour, fighting side by side. I know I’d much rather have those models.
That would have been pretty cool. I guess they tried to do something like that with the coalition of different races in the Cities of Sigmar but would have been fun to see Stormcast coming from different paths.
Belated happy weekender
Let the candy games begin….
Happy weekender everyone! Great prize 🙂
