This new campaign focuses on two armies of Dwarfs. On the one side, you have the Steelhill Dwarfs, ready to settle some grudges and the Voidland Dwarfs who have been corrupted by dark magic.
Core Features // DakkaDakka.Store
With that in mind, the campaign features two factions spread across a series of different STL kits. These kits come pre-assembled so you just need to print them off and you'll be ready to get painting. For those who want more options, you can get the miniatures as kits so you can mix and match weapons, heads and more to make the army that you like. Additionally, the project also comes with full rules that are designed using the OnePageRules system. You can download those right HERE...

Grimhold: Battle For Underholme Pledge Options
There are some awesome miniatures available to backers who want to get involved. As mentioned, there are kits you can buy so you can assemble the miniatures yourself but we'll show off the built versions down below so you can get a better look at the finished miniature designs.
Steelhill Riflemen & Warriors // DakkaDakka.Store
There are core infantry options for both forces. The Steelhill Dwarfs get themselves some awesome Warriors who come armed with hand weapons and shields as well as great weapons. You also have Steelhill Dwarfs with ranged weapons like rifles and flamethrowers for when you need to burn the enemy out of a tunnel!

These Dwarfs have an awesome heroic look to them and might even fit in quite nicely with the Ironbreakers that you can get for games like Warhammer: The Old World. So, if you have some of those Dwarfs in your collection already, you might have some neat bonus options.
If you prefer being mean and nasty then you can also get the deadly Voidland Berserkers and Shooters. The Voidland Berserkers come with two hand weapons each and you also have Shooters with deadly blades on the ends of their rifles.

The Voidland forces can also draw on some of their dangerous allies in the form of the Bulltaurus. A solid option for those who want to go down the route of the Chaos Dwarfs and embrace the power that that offers. This set of miniatures comes as a kit so you can tinker with it and build the Bulltaurus that you require.

Both armies will also be able to call on Artillery and Cannon Teams which can lay down covering fire as your forces advance.

Whilst the crew is more themed around the Steelhill Dwarfs, you could easily do some head swaps and turn them into Voidland Dwarfs if you so require. I'm sure that DakkaDakka.Store will end up unlocking some additional bits and pieces throughout the campaign that is more thematically linked.
Last but not least, you can also get your hands on a series of character miniatures to lead your army.
Grimworld Characters // DakkaDakka.Store
There are mighty leaders for both sides of this conflict. You can play out some great narratively-themed encounters with this pair. See which of them can settle the grudge first! I like the idea of maybe making it so that when one of them is beaten, they get "scars" which give boons and banes in equal measure, adding to their story between each clash.
If all of these miniatures have caught your eye and you want to test them out before you dive in, make sure to check out the Free Download. Print the miniatures out at home and if you like the quality, get involved!

Let us know what you think of the campaign down in the comments and which faction you'd prefer to snap up and add to your burgeoning pile of potential.
I quite like the Steelhill Dwarfs; no surprise there!

hmm…. doesn’t resonate with me.
I’m looking at all those dwarven warriors with giant two handed weapons (even the two handed guns are quite long) and thinking “they’ll never rank up.” Must be the Old World in me that immediately led to such a thought but it’s still a worthy consideration.
Ooh now entering the kindom of BEN ?
These look really good I hope they do dwarven Calvary on rams

Lucky Number 13
I’ll be working on the Chaos Dwarves first. They are going to be an awesome (I hope!) Christmas gift for my brother. It will be his first army!
Love the aesthetics of both sides. Starting a new Dwarf army and these will fit right in, and these are the Chaotic Dwarves I have wanted Since Realm of Chaos was released back in the 80’s. Was never a fan of huge hats!
I’m a backer #54
Having been a fan of DakkaDakkaStore Sci-fi forces for a couple of years I’ve been excited to back this one to see how the different styles compare. I don’t print/paint but collect the STL as artistic designs in their own right. So far I’m very pleased with the quality of the free files.
I usually only back Sci-Fi or Grimdak projects but backed this one as it looked interesting. I also always back this creator as I adore their work. No idea how to find my backer number but I am a backer
Backed! Excited for the Voidland! Hoping all the milestones get unlocked.
I’m A Backer -> Nr. 66 (damn need another 6 😀 )
