So many options on weathering and I’m still fighting with the basics on chipping and pigments…
I have had the rust ones forever and have never actually used them. I may give it a go on my reichbusters stuff
Looks good may be worth getting some to add to the inks to get more effects on models Gerry.
I bought a set to add to my arsenal of weathering products (which like a whole other range of shiny crack to buy in to ?). I do like the ease and accuracy but the effects are not as instant as oils, so you need patience and quite a few layers to get what you want. That being said it does remove the Oh Sh!t! I like the water streaks a lot. The rust not so much. Gonna give them a shot though. I love my pigments for clunky mud and rust. Grognard style! lol… ???
I’ve been looking at these to see what options they give, so this was timely and useful. My thoughts before hand were similar to your summing up but these do offer a great option for those who don’t want to faff around with thinners, enamels and oils.
