If you've never taken a look at what Rackham achieved then perhaps now is the time to explore a game so popular that even the collapse of the company couldn't stop the community from supporting it for over a decade.
Tabletop Gaming News
Here is some of the wargaming, tabletop and miniatures news this week which caught our eye and made us go "ooooh!"
- Heroes Infinite Dark Fairy Tales - Raging Heroes grim twist on classic fairy tales set up a darkly humourous set of miniatures
- World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King - Pandemic - Can you stop the Lich King's blight from spreading across Northrend?
- Kromlech's Orktober Range of Miniatures and Merchandise - Orcs! Mechs! Socks! Kromlech is putting the green in envy
- Officially Licensed Time Bandits from Northumbrian Tin Soldier - You too can have Gilliamesque fantasy on the tabletop
- Storytelling by classic card game with Detective Rummy from Wizkids - Film noir stories in an easy entry card game
- Black Templar army box pre-order for Warhammer 40000 - A new crusade is launched with the Black Templars army deal + codex
- Warhammer+ subscribe to win all the paints - Five lucky subscribers will win themselves the full range of Citadel Colour products
Let us know if something from this week made you "oooh!" and if we missed anything!
3D Printing Is The S**t!
We take a look at some fantastic miniatures you can print off at home from Dragon Trappers Lodge
Check Out Dragon Trappers Lodge on myminifactory
Check Out Dragon Trappers Lodge on Patreon
There are some amazing models that run the gamut from the cute and whimsical to the massively terrifying and yes those dolls will kill you in your sleep!
Tabletop Gaming Kickstarters
We take a look at some impressive Kickstarter campaigns. We have two amazing miniature campaigns for fans of classic fantasy and a family card game that won't throw you under the bus but may push you in front of a bear!
- Dwarves A Class Of Their Own by Midlam Miniatures - six classic classes available as male and female for your RPGs
- 32mm Undead by OlimpYa Models - Red Moon Skellybobs the first of hopefully many fantasy figures
- Beware of Bears: Card Game for the Bold & Brave by Boss Dog Games - can you escape the forest of adventure as your opponents bear down on you!
Are you tempted to dive in on these campaigns? It's great to see some campaigns that return to what Kickstarter should be, small companies attempting to produce something and not a pre-order for a hedge fund!

Congrats on 100k, It still pales to The Greatest Movie ever Made
To celebrate 100k I think everyone hosting the show should shave their heads completely. You can keep the beards.
Weekender you say? That means one thing…
It’s the Weekend!
@fcostin Is that a fireplace your sitting beside?
Well done on the 100k. Glad to be a (clearly increasingly small) part of this 🙂
It’s the Weekender!
If I could find the ‘Confrontation’ figures I’d dive in. Well for now, it will remain a continuing goal.
Love the ‘Bad Bad Alice’ figure from Heroes Infinte and the Card Solider as well!
‘Time Bandits’ from Northumbrian Tin Soldier. I love these models! I love them sooooo much that when my friend @avernos first pointed them out to me I bought them straight away.
Bought the whole collection in one shot. Really great figures.
Everytime I get them out they make me smile and then I’m compelled to watch the movie, which is always a fun time! ???
Yay for the weekender time.
and congratulations to @Felipe Lucero for the prize.
Ooh hungry like the wolf fab looking figures.
a swish for a pish ?

GHOST RIDER, A MARVEL COMICBOOK FROM THE EARLY 60’S.ALL WHITE OUTFIT AND WIGHT HORSE.BACK WAS OFTEN DARK TO SHOW OFF WHITE COLORS SCHEME. DON’T REMBER CHARACTERS NAME THOUGH.
Overall a great show to look at the many things that are going on in the world. Hopefully we get one of the Brother’s J or The Benediction (he’s not only the Good Word of Gaming but has a catchy name like a Jersey Shore knock-off character).
Porting commentary from Da YoozToob (Orktober and all):
Only 1/2 the Tasty Boys present but its 100% more sour @29:48 (Justin says too many legs!) and 100% more spicy @39:26 (What did Free say!?!)
Gerry… I am a bit disapointed. Mixing up “Legend” with “The Neverending Story”… shame… shame…
Congrats on 100k 😉
at my age they all look alike, nevermind that though I got Winston the Ogre completely wrong in my mind I was sure it was Mel and it’s really not.
You Sir, are not much older than me 😉
Wooohooo 100K congratulations guys well deserved. The only early Ghostrider I can think of was Carter Slade, I think He was the first rider to disobey the devil
