Today we're talking with Warcradle Studios to discuss the outlandish Outlaws in the universe of Wild West Exodus.
Just like most outlaws you see in any spaghetti western, the Outlaws are unified in working for the best reward in the land... Money. You make it rain, they'll bring the pain.

Outlaws are a great faction and now have so many options… something for everyone in this faction!
These guys look interesting, too!
Loving these faction chats. Only problem is now I want an outlaw posse too. Spoilt for choice with this game.
Interesting that outlaws are effectively a mercenary unit that will work for other factions.
Anyway we can get a gallery of pictures of each of the faction pictures in a blog post? I know they are in the video but I just would like go through each faction in pictures in a single post.
Love this faction, I am going to run 3 posses, 1 x outlaw, 1 x confederate and 1 x enlightened.
Like the idea that you can be an outlaw but still fight for good cause like when you choose Wayward Eight. Or it can be all about vengence and hope of reclaiming what was lost douring the war when you choose Confederate Rebelion. Or it can be just all about money and fame. So many choices. Like Outlaws very much.
Not as sold on these guys. Still thinking Lawmen.
But dammit, these guys have a sentient killer robot. That’s freakin’ cool!
Cool looking faction.
My favorite is by far Legendary Nimue.

The Eight with River…They are just about perfect. I might be aiming to misbehave.
Wayward Eight it is. The angle they took on River is surprising, but interesting. Now I’m curious to see how they will interpret the other characters.
The diversity of gangs and the possibility to ally with other faction sounds like this will be the ideal starter faction to get familiar with the game.
Still lawmen for me
I was all in for outlaws but the ability to mix in with other factions is intriguing…. Will be staying glued to the next vids to plot my options!
Was not expecting a nod to the Aliens movie
So it was not just me thinking the deadly seven character was Private Vasquez from the Aliens film?
I did not realize that the Wayward Eight were more than just analogs of our favorite Browncoats translated into WWX. This interpretation of them is just that much cooler because of the difference! Neat!
So many different themes….cool stuff!
Sometimes it’s good to be bad.
It’s a scattercrew… put them in all other crews…
I can’t wait to see a battle report of the Wayward 8 and the Deadly 7! Heck, I might go ahead and round up both posses myself when they’re released!
Wayward Eight and Deadly Seven call to me. Got turned off to Jesse James after reading Bastion (still hoping for a sequel). Came across as a twitchy bully and so his trilogy isn’t as appealing as it might be.
The wayward 8 sound like fun.

I think I like the idea of the confederates, everyone loves a rebel, right? Im not sure about some of their strange constructs they made though. So not sure there really, the wayward eighr spund good to me though, purely for the faces, much prefer a few characters than massed guys. It seems much more cinematic for me and I almost feel I can give them more of a narrative game.
Still very interested in the watchers but these are definitwly up there.
So much cool stuff, i think my wallet is already hiding in a corner. A narrative showdown will be easy to do, Earp’s v Billy / Earp’s v Jesse / Earp’s v Wayward 8 or Jesse v Billy.
OK this faction sounds fantastic.
This has been a game that has given me many hours of shoot’em up fun with my friends. I began with backing the original Kickstarter way back when. I do hope this new iteration continues the feel of the original.

A nice welrounded faction that can take bits and pieces of everything. I knew nothing of the dealy seven until I watched this . now I am seriously intrigued.
I want to hear more about the Crown. I like the look of Nimue.
What’s better than Stonewall Jackson? Stonewall with a bionic arm.
Of course everything else about him in the game is way out of character for that lemon lovely loon.

Outlaws robbing a train would be a fun scenario. Was there a train model for WWX?
Wayward Eight and Deadly Seven both sound very very cool
I love how they have setup the Outlaws, but I’m not digging some of the concept art. It looks like Jesse James and several other members of the faction were bedazzled.

i like the crossover that the Outlaw have in there faction. not sure if it a good faction for me. i would end up buying everything just to try out
WWX week is good
This faction is much more interesting than I thought it would be. So many interesting characters.
Great to see that the Outlaws have such a big choice, of which you can pick from.
So they are more the allrounders and very versatile gameplay wise? Would be cool to know more about the playstyle of the different factions :)!?

Although I always knew the new Wayward 8 was high on my to-buy list, I spat tea everywhere when I saw the Deadly 7 concepts! Damn, what a choice to have to make..

I have the old Wayward Eight, and will definitely get the new versions as well. I always love the “few underdogs against the many”, like the old Last Chancers in 40k
These guys are the real gunslingers of the Wild West!…Awesome with all those personalities!
The changes to the Confederates and moving them into the Outlaws does give me many more options I’m looking forward to working through them.
I’ve got a few Outlaws due to my old starter set, but they aren’t for me. Well, bandit Outlaws, that is. I’ve got a ton of Confederates that are much more my thing!
Angry spirit bow is a cool concept. I’m liking the mix of characters in this faction!

Think I’m 100% in on outlaws and bandit types. The models look brilliant.
Man, there hasn’t been a game where I really dig most of the factions. Definitely going to need the new starter set with these guys in it.
At this rate I’ll probably end up with a posse for every faction, haha.
Odd story — my great grandfather actually knew the James gang. He was a small town sheriff in Nebraska. According to family lore, the brothers were actually pretty civil, but their mother was meaner than snake ####.

This faction is definitely cool and I have them form 1 ed. starter set. But I am disappointrd in that Warcradle has combined my other two factions I bought form the second kickstarter into this one. I really wanted separate factions for the Confederate rebellion and the Golden Army.
