Happy weekender all. Have to pop out hope to catch show later but wanted to say thanks for the Armoured Clash prize win in case I don’t get chance later. Wishing you all a top weekend even with storm Ashley on Sunday heading into the UK, top reason to close shop put kettle on and hobby 👍
Sounds like a good plan to me – get that brew on and start battling the pile of potential.
Happy weekender time OTTers and COGz👍
I do not think they are Gnomers they Free Wee Men!!
Good one guy’s 👍
I actually really like those hnomes, something different there.
And Mold Lines are the worst.
Yeah the Gnome designs are pretty awesome
The Enviro Games thing looks interesting, but I’m not sure having biodegradeable miniatures is much use unless they expect people to throw them away.
don’t forget they come on sprues and most people throw those away
Remember that a lot of the choice on the material is also to do with the wastage and making it so the material used to make them can go back into the production line.
I save up all my batteries during the year and take them to the forest to give to the owls on Give a Hoot Day – do you?
I can’t see the scale of hobbyists, even worldwide, making that big of an environmental footprint. Shipping the goods is probably more carbon negative than actually making things. It would be an interesting study to determine the impact, quantified, wouldn’t it?
Weekender!! Woop woop
That MDF Killteam terrain cannot be real. There’s not a single skull on any of it. It’s a fake image, possibly from hackers. If that image is legit, I wonder if they were designed by a 3rd party without GW involvement and perhaps GW has bought that product line, or perhaps that company, and just added them in without changing them, just to see how it goes.
Fake MDF News you say?
@avernos – Idles of Torment is the game by Black Magic Craft.
IDOLS of TORMENT – gotta say it like Death from Discworld 😉
I’m LATE!
When they do the translation for the Discworld RPG I do hope they stay with what has been established in the books. Vimes name is Mumm (curage) and Cut-Me-Own-Throat Dibbler is “Und damit treibe ich mich selbst in den Ruin” Schnapper. (“and I’m ruining myself with that” Bargain) If they don’t keep that and redo all the jokes I fear most German readers will not touch it because it breaks the illusion.
Fingers crossed – they seem to have taken a lot of care with the game so far so I am hopeful!
I wish they had some excerpts translated already to show how it will be. To make an informed decision. (Or have they and I just missed it?)
Man, Both of those kickstarters are super tempting.
Nice to see Lloyd on the show, has his floor dried yet in the shed???
I don’t think it will ever dry
Famous song by The Misfits “Dry! Dry! Dry my darling!” XD
Good show! Big fan of moonstone!
