The Greyhound is the scourge of 500 point or Starter vs Starter armies! It is worth noting that there are two factors to what we see in the video. 1) The Engine is the ‘weak spot’ on the tank. Not because the armour is weak, but because any weapon that has Critical Damage (2) has the potential to take it out in one shot. 2) The Expert Marksmanship ability of the Rangers is actually irrelevant here because Rob forgot to mention that the Greyhound is considered bulky (like most vehicles) which means you already get +4 to hit them. Firstly, it’s like looking back in time with Justin ans his big bushy beard!
I do like anything being able to damage anything else. With small arms, maybe the bullets don’t get through but enough dents in the armour in one place and eventually they will!
Finally as a future Imperials playing this is all good to know and remembering!
Of course, this only applies to the Greyhound as it was at the time of filming. Since then, the Imperial book has been updated and the Greyhound is cheaper and has 3 structure points on the engine, making it immune to being one-shotted by a weapon with Critical Damage (2). To compensate, the armour has been reduced a little, and the rear armour has been reduced by a further 2 points.
Is this a KS that’s actually filled?…… Oh its Prodos’sers so no chance.
Don’t support this company please they lie and scam then blame everybody else.
