New Death Korps Of Krieg Rock! Has GW FINALLY Delivered For Warhammer 40K Fans? #OTTWeekender
November 29, 2024 by brennon
It's OTTWeekender time! John very excitedly tells us why the brand new Death Korps Of Krieg from Games Workshop for Warhammer 40,000 are so insanely good and a return to form for fans of the grimdark future. We have a look at the newly revealed miniatures for the Astra Militarum/Imperial Guard and talk through why they are some of the best miniatures Games Workshop has produced in a while.
What do you make of the brand new Death Korps Of Krieg miniatures? Do you think they have captured the look of the Forge World miniatures in plastic? Do you like the new characters and the direction GW seem to be going with the Astra Militarum?

Krieg of foot? Rock on Krieg?
Först!
DAMN YOU TIMMY!!!!!!
ahem.
But gosh, Kriegers look nice don’t they 😉
TIMMEH!
I think that its been shown as “Krieg on Horse”, no entrenching tool required (atleast for now)
I think I’ll need to look away for the Indie of the Week because Ramshackle Games does so much awesome if somewhat weird and wonderful stuff!
Yay it’s weekender time folk’s 👍😆👍
I see GW are moving the 40K goalposts again 🤔
Lol great show guy’s 👍
Definitely a great load of figures announced that seem to have been saved for this time of year to make the sales. Limiting myself to moderate levels of insanity (lets call it a creator level, somewhere below all the need to be committed) this has been temptation to build random crap that I’ll have no use for but I’ll say “That’s frickin’ awesome!”
@brennon it looked like you were trying for closure…. you got no Happy Ending
Bequest demons: BUNS OF STEEL! 🍑
You know what has surprised me? No mention in the show of the revamped Eldar Aspect Warriors & Phoenix Lords….
Oh dear oh dear. The lads have been accumulating a lot of hate lately. First it was Gerry incurring the wrath of animal lovers by encouraging people to eat barbecued baby camels. Then it was Lloyd unforgivably editing out 20 something minutes of the Peter Dennis interview. And now Justin, a man who I have admired and respected for years, now Justin has had the audacity to suggest that GW should retire the Cadians because the Kriegers are being released. Shame Sir, shame and thrice shame be upon you!
No worries John on Theoden! If you still don’t have one the next time I visit I will bring you one!
And yes the Krieg are awesome! Just worried as to how much bigger they are than my old stuff! So I will be holding off for now.
Forgot to ask. Is there going to be a Krieg Codex?
