Conquest Pre-Orders Go Live In The OTT Store
June 26, 2019 by crew
It's time to prepare for war, as Para Bellum's upcoming miniatures game Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings is now available to pre-order from the OnTableTop Store.
Conquest is a mass-battle fantasy wargame, featuring rules provided by Alessio Cavatore.
Set in a world slowly clawing its way back from devastation, players take command of the armies of one of four factions to seek supremacy on the tabletop.
The game is launching with the release of the Two Player Starter set, letting players choose between the diminished humans of The Hundred Kingdoms and the alien forces of The Spires.
This core set is now available to pre-order from the OTT store, along with various other sets with which to expand either of these two starting factions.
All together, these provide plenty of figures with which to create an impressive army for the tabletop.
If you want to find out more about Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings you can find plenty of videos, including a close look at the Core Set with the guys from Para Bellum, over at the Conquest game hub.

Which Conquest faction are you most excited to command?
I’ve been really impressed watching Para Bellum pull this steadily together over the last couple of years. No rushing, no corners cut etc
My interest really swelled just in the last month or so when we finally got to see ‘the complete package’ and their showing at UKGE was nothing short of astounding.
Hundred Kingdoms for me all the way – the heft of the knights is right up my street, and the models are both big and beautiful.
Looking forward to seeing where this goes…

@warzan you had me at hello er I mean come take a look at these minis when you covered Para Bellum on the Friday of UK Expo 2019. I am really looking forward to this and a nice wee discount of 20% will do very much thank you kindly sir. Ordered and I agree the 100 Kingdoms look amazing but I am really looking forward to seeing the Nords when they come out 🙂

The value in the starter set is pretty nuts. Will have to see how fast I get on with my FOW stuff before I buy more plastic!
Hundread kingdoms for me too, I really miss playing and painting my old Bretonian army and being available from OTT makes it all the sweeter. So it’s ordered and for those who haven’t used them yet I must say “they are a dam good service sir”.
This seems good to me.
god damn you @warzan these deals every week, how am I meant to resist!
all the figures for the game have been fabulous looking.
My wallet screams but I’m actually quite excited about it all
As is often the case with two player starters, I don’t like one army… the alien things.
I like science fiction and I like fantasy, but often when combined they don’t mesh.
Soul Wars had the same problem… Nighthaunt looked great, but the fantasy space marines are so dull.
I do think it’s good value though… if you like both armies…
I can’t comment on the rules as I’ve not read them, but getting a bit tired of d6 games… not enough diversity in the dice rolls.
