Building The US Studio Gaming Table: Part Three
February 2, 2018 by deltagamegirl22
The Dames of Games, Dawn and Gianna take a trip over to Julio's Workshop to develop their custom made gaming table for the US Studio.
Julio Villarreal is a local (to the U.S. team) woodworker who single-handedly crafts gaming furniture at his Chicago based workshop.
In this third part of the table build we learn how the inside mat is crafted and placed inside the table, with some extreme gluing involved, we get our hands dirty and get it ready for gaming.
Are you a violent dice thrower?
It was awesome to see the build process from start to finish. I was surprised at the construction of the inlaid speed cloth top, but that will be advantageous when filming different games so you have the ability to insert contrasting colors, like Camel Up where the beige on beige may not film well.
Justin might have a new project coming up.
But, knowing Warzan it’d have to be bigger, much bigger and John would have to have a turret.
a great solid looking games table I love it great work Julio.
I went to the web site but didn’t see the plans up for sales?
