With such a unique and fitting world that Shadowborne has created, they've made some interesting choices along the way with their artwork and how it fits into the world of Oathsworn. Working closely with their artists and adapting ideas from each other, they've created a rich universe with dynamic languages, cultures and races that are not just another copy of a Tolkein-esque world.
Plus with a hand-drawn map, who's not in love with this world already?

Stunning art. Really want to play as the bear come release. Also…now making me wonder if it’s possible to make an entire were-bear army…
*panto audience voice* “They’re behind you!!”
I watched some YT demo game clips from GenCon. Love it! This is exactly the type of game I’d enjoy playing with my nephews if they were just a little older. Perhaps by the time this delivers they will be. HeroQuest is their gateway. Maybe… wallet and a despairingly large pile of unpainted Mythic & KDM permitting.
One of the cool parts of the video is learning about the ancient maps. Hours later I found the correct link to the list of all the maps. If you are into RPG or even wargaming like Frostgrave and want to make a table or part of a table that similar to the real cities of the middle ages, this is an excellent resource
