My wee one loves Super Dungeon Explore, the chunky chibi mini’s (especially the pets) really hold her attention. We just play simple grab the treasure, bash the monsters type things, really just counting practice (the gem dice SDE uses are another hook). Looking forward to next year or so when she will start learning to read and then the floodgates open

@lancorz @johnlyons – Gaslands a brilliant game, it has exploded in popularity as it is cheap and easy to get in to and it is really a lot of fun:-)
Love the Scottish drawl “Bastard” from sexy furious. Lol. The model turned out well. Would have shared more painting, but mostly been poxwalkers and I shared a lot of those last time. Will photo a bit of a job lot shortly. Cheers for keeping the chat going.

Thanks for the kind comments, those Primaris aren’t quite finished, have some weathering and decals to do.
In answer to the question about what chapter, they are Carmine Blades, a lesser known Blood Angel Successor, that until recently through they were blood thirsty ultramarines successors. I liked their brief background in the codex and thought I’d give them a go to be a bit different.
I’m sorry for the upside down triangle @johnlyons . On my Grants I have a squad (in FoW it has to consist of 3 Tanks) with normal triangles, upside down triangle, circles, squares and diamonds. So I get to 15 Tanks. I know normally there would not have been upside down triangles, but I had to get some troops markings some way. BUT I don’t own that much Honeys (yet :D) So there is no excuse for an upside down trianlge. I think my mind just went blank for a moment 😀 On a more series note, yes as to… Read more »
Thanks for you comments, on the star wars legion. Loved the painting vlog and wanted to get them done before my first game and before the next shinny thing distracted me. Now that I have liberated my AT-ST and the speeder from the clutches of the evil empire (I mean post office) i’ll get them painted.
Thanks once again @johnlyons for the guide, its given me more confidence with the airbrush as well. Would you consider a guide on taking Vader and Luke to the next level or maybe something about how to choose an effective simple paint scheme.
