Hot on the heels of the resurgence of Warhammer: The Old World, Wargames Atlantic are helping out those looking to summon an army of the undead from beneath their pyramid-like tombs. You can now pre-order the new Skeleton Cavalry And Chariots 28mm plastic set for your Fantasy wargaming!

The set comes with quite a few bits and pieces for those looking to build up some regiments to use on the tabletop. You get ten horses, two chariots and then twenty-dive multi-part plastic miniatures that can be used to build up some of the more elite elements of your undead army.

Wargames Atlantic has shown off the sprues that you'll get access to that allow you to build two chariots with crew, six cavalry and six infantry or any mix of that. You could go with one chariot, eight cavalry and eight infantry if you like or no chariots at all, ten cavalry and ten infantry.

Whilst the sets look like they would be perfect for those seeking to raise forth the armies of Khemri, these would also be good for other Fantasy armies. With the Ancient Greek vibe going on in their arms and armour, you could use these to supplement the existing infantry and build up more foes for your Argonauts to face on the tabletop perhaps. With a good mix of heads and weapons on display, you could go in all sorts of different directions.

The chariot included in the set is just an Ancient one so you could use this to slot into your Historical armies rather than Fantasy ones. As with all of the Wargames Atlantic kits, you could dive in and do all manner of different things when it comes to kitbashing so just use this as a basis for your hobby.

Funny had this discussion with someone in the Pub on Sunday, Wargames Atlantic Skelibobs were mentioned plus Fireforge Games knight and Pegasus Knights, rather that major playes new starter set!
Now we have some Cavalry sorted.

Right as I was doing some shopping and looking at things this arose. Fortuitous!
That reminds me I could do with some more foot skellibobs. WA it is!
I will get these for sure this year. I hope they make add-on armour for them.
