Limbo Miniatures Sculpt Up Demonic & Divine Ladies
April 26, 2018 by brennon
Limbo Miniatures has put together some more previews for their upcoming Kickstarter campaign. Here we have two pairs of interesting ladies for their game. One set is Demonic, and the other is Divine!
We start with a pair of demons as we look at Lilith & Neeshka here above. Up until this point we've seen some models for their demons but they have all been very much focused towards traditional representations of them, although their fellow surrounded by melting clocks was very original.
Here we have two Succubus-style miniatures which very much fall into that anime girl/pin-up style that we've seen in other games. These models are going to be an acquired taste I'm sure, but if Limbo's work on other models is anything to go by these are going to come out very nicely indeed.
Divine Warriors
Secondly, we have the set containing the Assassin Charlotte & Priestess Yakun.
Once again, the team at Limbo has gone for a very pin-up style but you have to admit that the ideas here are pretty awesome. I love the agile and lithe look to Charlotte, perched atop that sword which has plunged deep into the skull of a demonic warrior. I hope that the finer detail on the swords and her outfit come across in the final miniatures.
Yakun looks like she has stepped out of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Death, very much a White Mage.
What do you make of these new models from Limbo Miniatures?

These are quite exceptional.
Fabulous looking figures.
What scale are these to be?
from what we’ve seen before 35mm i think.
I like seeing such contrasting archetypes. the psychological clash of attachment and aversion that succubus provide has long stalked the nightmares of all but the purist hearts. but it’s the assassin and the priestess that stand out to me at least. Charlotte is the personification of agility and balance, amazing sculpt. the things they can do with toy soldiers these days blows my mind. Yakun is a lot more complicated, and so KD:M i feel can’t believe it isn’t. the succubus play on psychological archetypes but not on the same level as Yakun does. these aren’t going to be every… Read more »

I think probably 75mm scale?
I hope so, to really do them justice with a nice paint job.
