Noble Elves Archer Hero // Printing In Detail
This new collection gives you access to all manner of different heroes and units that you can use to make a well-rounded force on the tabletop. There is a lot of the classic High Elves from Warhammer Fantasy Battles here but with a few tweaks here and there to make them feel more original.

With a lot of people enjoying the idea of returning to 10mm wargaming, Forest Dragon's range is one of the best out there. With Printing In Detail making them available in high-quality resin and there being lots of other options out there for the various factions they haven't covered, you're pretty much covered for classic Warmaster armies.
One of the new miniatures from the set that I particularly liked was this Wizard. I love the summoning of that fiery phoenix!
Noble Elves Wizard Casting // Printing In Detail
I am very eager to give these miniatures a closer look and get some paint on them. I think it would be great to dive in and challenge myself to paint this scale. I've done 6mm and that was very interesting indeed! I know I love my Dwarfs but I would be very tempted by the Wood Elves from Printing In Detail.
Noble Elves Units
As well as the heroes, you've also got all manner of cool looking units too. These are available in strips allowing you to put together a good Warmaster army.
Noble Elves Spearmen Regiment // Printing In Detail
A lot of the units also come with a variety of different banners too. So, you can pick up a couple of different units and then make sure you identify them with the appropriate banner. All of the miniatures in the range are typically Elven so you've got spearmen, archers, light/heavy cavalry and chariots!
Noble Elves Heavy Cavalry // Printing In Detail
Last off, we also have this impressive-looking Dragon which could be used as the centrepiece of your army. This Dragon can be added into your army separately or with a rider if you like.

Another impressive selection of miniatures for you to make your 10mm armies for the likes of Warmaster. You could choose whatever game suits you though so go wild! Are you as impressed by these Noble Elves as I am?

Printing in detail makes me wish I had a 3D printer. All of the above are beautifully detailed, especially considering the scale. I love how the mage is casting a spell overhead. In 28mm I tend to get annoyed by big fiddly flying bits around my minis (I’m looking at you, GW), but on this scale it is perfect! The phalanx of spearmen also shines at this scale. It shows that infantry regiments are so much more impressive at 10mm.
The best thing is, Printing In Detail sends you the stuff already printed 😉
Well that certainly is the best thing!
@lonkelo An Anycubic Photon resin printer will only set you back $169 US and has been my go-to for several months. It is a resin printer, so capable of great detail even at 10mm. A liter of resin will set you back about $40 US, but they recently had a sale on for $32 US. A liter will print about 70-80 foot figures in 28mm so you should be able to print whole armies in 10mm… and of course, once you have 3d files you can print as many mini’s as you want. There’s a bit of a learning curve… Read more »
Wow, thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely have a look!
This look fantastic, very much tempting me to get a resin printer again. Does Printing In Detail also offer STL’s or are they pre printed only?
You can get them printed from Printing In Detail and STL Files from Forest Dragon direct https://gumroad.com/forestdragon
Thanks for that, I shall be checking them out. I have a feeling if a resin printer comes up on prime day im going to have a hard time resisting.
That Wizzard with the Phoenix looks fantastic but dont let them sly elves trick you away from your dwarfs 🙂
nice
Those are really nice tiny take on WHFB style High Elves
I have a painted 10mm GW High Elf army and the biggest problem are the spears breaking off. These seem sturdier. I would love to see a few comparison photos between these and GW’s.
Hopefully the images are off a quick 3d print as the resolution and detail doesn’t seem as good as the ones on the excellent miniatures site
Actually printed on the exact same machines.
Man those figures are fantastic looking for player’s to paint up an battle with. Shame it’s more printer model’s if you don’t have one.
Isn’t this the old Warmaster scale? They look great!
