Northumbrian Tin Soldier Go Time Robbing With Robin Hood
February 29, 2016 by brennon
Northumbrian Tin Soldier have put together some rather original looking sets for miniatures. The first of these are their Time Robbers who, as you might imagine, have been darting in and out of History picking up what they fancy...
This is a wonderfully characterful set which really sparks the imagination for exactly what you'd do on the tabletop with this lot. I'd love to drop them into something from 7TV where you have them as part of a kids TV show. In addition to the Time Robbers they have also worked on Robin Hood...
This is the most evil version of Robin Hood I've seen with that sneer of his. It should also be noted that that's a rather exceptionally well painted face packed with detail. I don't think I'd trust him to do the 'giving to the poor' bit that Robin Hood was known for.
What do you think of these fellows?

Fantastic! love Time Bandits. One of my favorite films.
Those look really cartoony with Robin Hood being most cartoony with his big head, big shin and big nose.
Oh god! This warms my soul! MUST HAVE!! So awesome >:)
Jolly good! 😀
That’s what I like…little things…hitting each other!
