Mighty Zeus Takes Shape & Gets Painted For Mythic Battles: Pantheon
May 24, 2016 by brennon
Mythic Battles: Pantheon have shared a painted version of the mighty Zeus who will be one of the big bad Gods in the main game when it hits Kickstarter.
The model was sculpted by Viktor Dragosani and Arnaud Boudoiron, based on a concept by Stefan Kopinski. It was then given this rather splendid paint job by Martin Grandbarbe. The Gods for this game truly are looking magnificent.
I really like the look of the model where he is summoning up a bolt of lightning to smite his foes. Additionally the big long spear, forged by Hephaestus himself most likely, makes for a dangerous weapon.
The shield design is one to behold as well covered in lightning and storm iconography.
What do you think of this version of Zeus?

nice figure,
Perfect for the new Operation Zeus campaign!
Amazing paint-job from a true master ! He used to paint for Rackham, actually.
That’s a great model. The shield what I like the most from this model.
Very nice. He looks like to be in great shape.
