Hunt Beyond The Wall With CMON’s Night’s Watch Ranger Trackers
June 11, 2019 by brennon
CMON is coming up with some answers to those raging Wildlings in A Song Of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. The Night's Watch can call on some cavalry and their Ranger Tracker soon.
Not meant for frontline combat, the Ranger Tracks are superb as a skirmishing force on your flanks. You can use their high movement value to skirt around the enemy force and send arrows their way, disrupting them before the main force slams into your Rangers fighting on foot.
As well as their use as a nuisance they aren't too shabby with their bows. Marking a target allows them to fulfil a support role but they can also use their recurve bows to do some serious damage too.
I really like the sculpts we're seeing here, even in render form, with well-proportioned horses and riders. Any miniatures with big cloaks, fur and shaggy beards also get my vote simply on principle.
What do you think of this new set of riders?

The reins need some work on the renders. But I agree, nice figures all around.
Nice minis
they look good.
Those are some great looking miniatures.
I’m yet to see a unit for this game that isn’t beautifully sculpted. Really lovely miniatures and pre-assembled to boot!
