Cubicle 7 Drop Details On WFRP Rough Nights & Hard Days
February 16, 2019 by brennon
Cubicle 7 has a new supplement on the way for those playing Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play. Rough Nights & Hard Days provides you with a series of linked scenarios to play out with your adventuring group as well as plenty of extras for those hanging out in taverns.
Included within the book you'll find a tale where the players get involved in a fracas between two noble houses. It could be used entirely on its own or as part of an ongoing campaign where the five stories are woven into the overarching story.
- A Rough Night at the Three Feathers: a quiet evening at the riverside inn becomes very eventful indeed.
- A Day at the Trails: a much-awaited trial-by-combat becomes memorable for all the wrong reasons.
- A Night at The Opera: an evening of cultured opera descends into farce and horror.
- Nastassia’s Wedding: a celebrated society wedding does not go according to plan.
- Lord of Ubersreik: competing factions gather for a ball that quickly becomes a battlefield.
In addition to those adventures, as we mentioned earlier, you'll also find rules for Pub Games and also the addition of Gnomes as a playable race in The Old World.
This sounds like a lot of fun and something I'd be very excited to dive into!
Will you be checking this out?

Gnomes? When did those sneak into the Olde World? ?
They were in it back when it started. WFRP 1st edition had them but they were written out by 2nd edition.
They were indeed… i was alawys disappointed when I got into WarhammerFBG ( I played the rpg first) that there was no evidence of gnome armies or even troops.
nothing like going out for a quiet drink/quest.
There is never such a thing as a quiet drink when adventurers enter an inn … 😉
especially after a few flagons.
“Rough night at the three feathers” is not a new scenario for WFRP.
It dates back to (classic) White Dwarf.
Google reveals it was issue 94 – October ’87 ( https://rpggeek.com/rpgissue/55417/white-dwarf-issue-94-oct-1987 )
It’s supposed to be a classic
And it was reprinted for 2nd ed; no idea if it got a 3rd ed treatment too though.
No but if it did there were a handul of special dice , counters and cards required before anything happened and half way through the bar room brawl you would have fallen asleep …… (really hated 3rd Edition)
Excellent!!!1
I would had expected something like this lot sooner. After all in world of Warhammer you have to take joy when ever you can because you never know when you are going to die with some horrible way or be taken as slave and then die with some horrible way.
That’s not fair…there’s a good chance you’ll go insane first. ?
…..at least another 2 months wait on this 🙁
