Would it be possible for Swampy and Mike to write up some sample lists for us? It would be really useful and awesome if we could have some model lists to use or adapt for our own tastes.
Another good video, swampy and mikes immunity to being sucked into Warren’s dwarf fetish was amusing. Largely I agree, personally I don’t thing the new monster are particularly good – The vortex beast is the better of the two. The models really don’t help. I think spawn are great for flanks – the random charge and not having to see a target to charge as mentioned make them great for countering light flyers and fast cav units. I love to take a dragon ogre shaggoth with a great weapon as something to hunt down my opponent’s monsters. Very few monsters can stand up to a pissed off shaggoth

It does seem to be a trend in these videos that every time Mike tries to say something Swampy either cuts him off or just talks over him, I’m sure its not anything malicious but it is incredibly annoying as it makes hearing what either of them have to say near impossible.
Swampy is clearly very excited about being able to tell folks about this army but talking over someone is pretty rude even if it wasn’t intentional. Things would be easier to follow if he just took his time and let others have their say.

Nice one, Swampy! It might also have something to do with your set-up around the table. As Swampy will most likely talk to Warren, he has his back to Mike. That makes it easier to ‘ignore’ him, talk over him, etc. I know the standard set-up you guys have is that Warren is to the right (for the viewers), but it may help to have him sit in the middle. I love it how Warren keeps on saying ‘the Hellcannon sucks off its crew’, hoping for a reaction from the boys, not getting one and then slyly smiling. Brings back memories of Blood Angels Week… 🙂
