Wargames Foundry Unleash the Beastmen

Wargames Foundry have a selection of Beastmen for all you fantasy wargamers. Take a look at these furry fiends.
These are a fairly nice selection of fantasy miniatures, especially the musician Beastman rocking out on the... I think its a sitar?
Awesome miniatures – I do love the musician too lol, very cool. A Satyr using a Sitar lol.
Shame they all look like they’re standing still though. Could do with one or two that were charging forward looking to smash some skulls.
Meh…
Meh…
Oh that Shaman is cool!
This reminds me of the good old days when the beastmen all looked like these ones. They look rather chearful to me. The sitar player and shaman really stand out.
I think it’s a hurdy-gurdy rather than a sitar. An equally unusual choice of instrument.
These look like some GW minis made in the 80’s or early 90’s. Totally static and kinda… meh (but I guess that was said already). Perhaps the painting doesn’t do them justice. In the end they don’t look like big, bad furry evil goat-men from a dark forest. The are the HAPPY BEASTMEN 🙂
These looks kinda cool to me. Okay I’m not rocking the insturments but teh troopers and heroes hit the spot!
I allways felt like Foundry never left the nineties. The old school tin men feels very retro but with the industry progressing to resin and more details I feel like these are left in the dirt.
Well that’s one view, but others may like the retro feel. It’s like saying Citadel figures are “left in the dirt” because their anatomy is less realistic than the later Infinity ones. It’s just a different style and someone will like each of them.
I agree its one view; mine. What I meant was that tin like this lacks the detail that most “modern” miniatures have. So its not really the style that disagrees with me it’s the lack of detail.
