Vesper-On Bring the Morgraur-Rashaar to Life Through IndieGoGo
October 1, 2012 by brennon
Vesper-On Games have headed on over to IndieGoGo to bring you a very special miniature. Carnevale will soon be playing host to the biggest miniature so far, the Morgraur-Rashaar!
"The Morgraur-Rashaar is a being that dwells below the city of Venice and spends most of the time sleeping. No one knows how long it has been there. Some suspect it got here long before the first Magi-Rashaar. It is even possible that the city was created around him inadvertently, mistaking his great bulk for a huge rock on the muddy bottom of the lagoon. It is a creature of a colossal size, with a viscous scaly skin and the back full of rocks, scabs and coral. The very sight of this monstrosity would freeze the blood of the bravest hero."
It truly is a terrifyingly awesome model that would strike a certain degree of awe into any who saw it in 'real' life or on the table top. The IndieGoGo campaign is looking for $3,000 in order to put this masterpiece into production and bring it to as many gaming tables as possible.
Other perk levels not only grab you this beast but a Rashaar set as well! They are certainly one of the best looking factions in Carnevale, drawing from Cthulhu mythos!
You can check out the video above for a three hundred and sixty degree view of the model, then head over to IndieGoGo and get this beast out of the water and onto the streets of Venice!
Will you be pledging to Deep Ones and bringing the Morgraur-Rashaar to life?

That beast reminds me of a monster I seen in a Japanese monster movie. The mouth is cool.
Awww yeah, looks similar to something I saw in a S.Korean monster movie, ‘The Host’ which was *weird* but in the best possible way! 😀
Fantastic looking beast but I’m still at quite the newbie at Carnevale.
I’ve had a couple trial games and i think my best move will be to start another faction so i can put on a game to try and gain some interest at our club.
Huscarle,
We’ve just included a few new perks in the campaign which allow you to start with any new army quite easily. Also we’re giving out free miniatures with all of the different options. Have a look at the Indiegogo page, because starting in Carnevale has never been easier!
If I can sneak it by she whom swing the axe on my grand plans – count me in
Nice to see some more options for grabbing other factions as well.
Yes, we wanted to keep the Rashaar theme all over the campaign, but then there was people who honestly wanted to give us a hand through the other factions and contribute so they let us know about that. At the end of the day it made all the sense in the world to open the Perks to everybody, so thanks everyone for the feedback and keep it coming!
