Very nice looking bats.
The only problem with using these as Vargheists that I can see is the fact that there’s only two sculpts – a unit could get repetitive. Lovely detailed models though, maybe they could be Vargoyles (champions) among Vargheist units?
I was thinking the same thing. In time they could make more. Nice models BTW.
What! Why would anyone think these could be used as Vargheists!? These are obviously proxies to be used for GW’s AWFUL (and findcasted!) (giant) Fell Bats. At worse, they can be used as abstract Bat Swarms. But these are Fell Bats.
See the humanoid body they’ve got? Bats don’t have a body shape like that, but man-bats like Vargheists do.
That said, proper Vargheist models look great and Fell Bats do indeed look utter crap, so I understand why you’d use them that way first and foremost. However I’d go to Masq Mini for Fell Bats myself:

The masq ones are beautiful sculpts, I’ve been planning on laying my tentacles on a few of those for my as-yet-unstarted VC horde. However… these ones from TF do look very evil and creepy. I think I’d be doing a lot of dremel work on those chunky wings though.
I was tinking Vargheists, nicer than the GW models
