Do you need something for keeping a lookout?

We've had this monster in the store for a while now, but no one has had the guts to tackle it before now.
Andy and Warren had a meeting and have come up with some kind of super-secret project that they're planning to use this beast for, but first Andy wanted to show the model on camera and give people some advice on how to assemble this cracking looking Guard Tower.
After he gets this gigantic centrepiece assembled, we'll see what their cool plans are. No doubt we'll be keeping you informed and certainly recording their progress on film.
Enjoy!

Wow. Seeing this has rekindled my desire to do a full modular square by square town board for my D&D 4th ed stuff, which is about the best excuse I can think of for just buying one anyway
we all have our reasons for buying shiney shiney things 🙂

Sweet tower, I would use mine if i bought one for 40k, Since im Guard and a big fan of stargate i would imagine my guys battling on a planet not so futuristic 😀
Good review! Thanks Lloyd!
Don’t thank me, thank Andy and Justin, I just laid out the pretty pictures 🙂
haha, Thank em for me then will you 😀
lol man im on line so no worries
Looks really good especially the interior detail.
Oh my… Over a foot long…
Over 2 foot more like, I’d hazard a guess at 26-28″.
It’s certainly a very well crafted model.
The website says 43cm without the “hill” that supports it on the painted picture… That’s about 16 or 17 inches, if I’m not mistaken (forgive me for using metric). In any case, that’s one hell of a huge piece, and very well done at that !
i like it. all the extra bits give you the opportunity to add that style all over you table for a consistent theme.
cool stuff.
I like this panned out close cam. I’m sure it doesn’t work too well with small unboxings and paint videos, but it works really well in this video. Now if I just had the money to buy it 😉
I can’t wait to start our project on this :o)
Though I might keep some of the little furniture bits for my dungeons lol
You always should be careful if you picking up things with spikey balls!
Lovely piece of work and I would love one of these towers.
Have seen the stills but the video really shows the size off
Looking forward to see what is going to be done with the tower!
The guys took this from me. I wanted it for the fantasy watchtower battle. I thought that my ogres would look great with it
Would look great for any medieval or lotr game, very detailed!
Thank you so much for showing me the “real” thing. My friends and I have been eyeing this for over a year now. I got nervous when Table Top World redid their resin process. These guys are talented, cutting stone by hand. This reminds me of my architectural studio days. I hope they remake the ruined stagecoach inn. That thing was unbelievable. Best commercially available terrain company out there.
BTW the Spiky thing is called a Finial.
Wait until you see what we have planned with it! 😀
I’m really excited… but it’s going to be a big project…

Thats one awesome lump of resin 😀
@beeroger , it is your own fault for rerunning this (Well I guess it is you-tube’s fault, when it come down to it) but any news on that special project ?
As a side note I guess it will take two to make a city gate of some kind 😉
I have three other pieces of kit from TTW (Ruined Coaching Inn, Abandoned Factory, Merchant’s House), and I can easily attest to the quality and attention to detail inherent in each and every piece these guys produce! As well, things such as speed and care with packaging/shipping, and cost are spot on. This is one of the pieces I’ve wanted for awhile now, so can’t wait to see what you guys do with it! Also, with more kits in the works such as a Graveyard, Ruined Houses, and a Windmill, I’ve become a lifelong fan! Really, you can’t find better… Read more »
a realy nice set, and very nice tower, i would like to have one, but not yet in my budget to get it.
I’d probaby drill and pin the top level for extra strength.
Just because CA on resin can shear off, makes it more robust. Though kid gloves would be required nontheless!
I’d love to have one, I think I’ll give one of their townhouses a go as I have a WotR project planned for the future. I think they would fit better with the period.
I’m thinking small town protected by a Cygnar force or an old Ariadna settlement built to feel like home.
