Scibor Miniatures Show Dwarf Women Do Exist!
July 11, 2012 by brennon
A distinct lack of beards are apparent on these Dwarf Girl Work-in-Progress models from Scibor Miniatures. Check out the womanly adventurers below...
So from these previews we can see there's a fighter, a ranger or hunter and a more regular warrior dwarf maybe fresh from the smithy and ready to defend her lands. It's great to see more female Dwarf models out there and I think the style seems to be working on these. The only model I'm not sure on is the fighter with that conical helmet.
So Dwarf Men don't just sprout out of the ground!

Finally, its about time we had some female dwarves 😀
Middle one looks great in her detailed armor.
@avengingangel. Red Box Games have had excellent female dwarves available for yonks 😉
Ben, so if they don’t come from under the dwarf gooseberry bush, where do they come from?
Could you explain please? lol
“When a Daddy Dwarf and a Mommy Dwarf love each other very much and bear a substantial grudge against every greenskin they can get their hands on…”
I may have said too much.
BoW Ben
God help me I may never look at these models the same way.
BTW this is what I like to see from Scibor, good quality unique looking models for the range we love.
LOL
The Birds and the Beers. There’s some fluff you won’t see in the Dwarf Army Book!
Good dwarf female sculpts are so hard to find, and for whatever reason female RPG players seem to gravitate to female dwarf characters (I think it’s just a manifestation of Murphy’s law really). These are great looking sculpts, full of character and detail. Can’t wait to see more.
I still have some Hasslefree female dwarves to get first, but it’s good to have more available. Particularly like the one with the gun.
Outstanding models. I’ve been drooling over their dwarf range for some time, and may now be able to justify buying some, as my spouse has developed shiny syndrome.
