The Reaper Bone’s Connected to the Kickstarter

Yes Reaper Miniatures have returned to Kickstarter to expand their Bones range of plastic miniatures and are already enjoying huge success, achieving their initial goal in just 3 minutes!
As of me writing this the Kickstarter has raised a wopping $457, 576. This of course can mean only one thing: tons of stretch goals! Here are just a few of the ones which have become unlocked.
Dem Bones, dem bones are awesome! So far I think my favourite pieces to have appeared are the awesom looking Dragon and Kraken miniatures.
Still, these aren't the only things Reaper have unlocked and there are still more awesome pieces to appear.
Mind you, judging by the success this Kickstarter has been enjoying these will probably be unlocked by the time this post goes out. It has already gone up by $7,000 in the time it has taken me to write this.

God help us. Many a mini collector will never leave home as the painting will become indefinite. Especially if they got in on the action last round.
I couldn’t resist!! I have my next year planned out now; Deadzone in November/December, Wrath of Kings next Summer and now Bones II next Fall. I hope nothing else good comes up… I got no time for more minis!!!
$1 million in 12 hours is an amazing benchmark. This one is going to be huge. The best part of all this is that Reaper already has experience and infrastructure to support something like this.
Whilst I think that this is great value, I have to question the +1 year wait. personally I think that a lot of the models are a little sub standard tbh and would prefer less but better quality. Also after just a few KS WWX, Robotech, Deadzone etc I think I have to give this one a miss, strange as it sounds, hehe. Some of the models do look really nice though and I would be keen to just get a few add-ons like the mice and the dragon. Note: Watch out for taxes on this KS as it indicates… Read more »
