Interesting to hear your Big rulebook fell apart too – was yours the hardcover?

I actually have the softcover from the box set – it has started to fall apart about 2 months ago, got it when it came out 🙂

Honestly, folks, you need to turn down that WAAAGH! I love orcs, but my heart doesn’t :} Maybe a warning should appear, so I can have my nitro handy? 😀 An interesting review of the book, I must say. It certainly sounds that 8th edition is pushing us towards a larger point game. If I’m correct, ‘Ard Boyz games are 2500. I’m not for the magic item list, being only 8 items. Foot of gork actually hits every model under the template with d3 wounds. The only d6 you use is scatter..

Awesome, i also love it when you guys do these weeks, Just on the lady orcs, i was told by GW staff when they were trying to get me to buy them, (sorry i’m a lizardmen player) that they are like the Orks from 40k in that they grow from mushrooms.

@warzan i do believe dark elf warrior sprues do have some prominant torsos on them, just for variation i have an all female warrior horde

Great Vid really likeing the new hard back book too. As for female orcs the mmo fluff said that orc and goblins are spawned from fungus and had no gender. You started the game as a greenskin in a cave filled with mushrooms. If GW is looking to make the standard game 2500 points or more then they really need to get bigger tables at my local GW store. I thought that Orcs were hermaphrodite funguses that release spaaaaaaaghs!! The book has lots of writing crammed in because of all the pointless piccies! I don’t mean there is anything wrong with having colour artwork, but is a full double colour spread of the Skull Pass box really necessary?
