Oathsworn’s Dwarfs Take Shape At The Casters
May 16, 2013 by brennon
Continuing the updates for their Heroes of the Dwarfs Kickstarter, Oathsworn have put up some images of the models at the casters and what they're looking like in their final metal form.
It's nice to see that these are single part miniatures, that's my main draw here, of course being Dwarfs helps too. I love the look of them and they would be perfect heroes across the board for wargaming and role-playing.
I wasn't able to get a hold of any of these during the Kickstarter but I'm very tempted to try now.
Did you pledge for these stunty beardlings?

I never seen models cast in a circle before. I wonder if this is common?
Nice casts BTW.
Yup, that’s spin casting; hot metal is fed from above and as the mold spins the centrifugal force pulls it into the empty chambers, forcing out the air through vent lines.
So many knuckle draggers to choose from. I think I’ll stick with my Scibor and Avatars of War dwarves.
They’re really nice.
