The system sounds very similar to Savage Worlds RPG. Pretty much exactly the same. The Campaign fame/infamy system sounds rockin though.

Warren! i know exactly how you feel about D4’s, theyre horrendous, but i found a better D4, i really did, and i bought a bunch and have never looked back.

they dont have a picture but its like an elongated d6 with pointed ends. its a d4 that rolls like a d6.

Hey Warren, i got some twelve sided d4 (marked 111222333444) from e-bay ……………………………………i hate rolling D4 to. 🙂
(and the numbers are roman numerals so you dont mix them up with D12.)
You could just use a D8 or D12 as you would a D6 when you need a D3
Just be glad you don’t need a 2 sided dice cos then for Cutlass it would be an ARR2D2
and he objects to being rolled by anyone other than C3PO
I had to watch this twice and the reason was to watch Birdie. I must say that the bird seems to be lacking @dignity .
I dont understand why people hate rolling D4s (Pyrimidial ones.)

As chibi sagely said, just roll a D8 and half the score rounding up. if rolling standard D4 is annoying you.
Or get some Roman D4 from Chessex. 🙂
This is a great rules system, my gaming group is coming up to the final reckoning. The oposed dice roles are amazing for a skirmish game. The only gripe I have with it is that the scenareous(spelling?) dont seem to have been playtested. Oh and when are you going to release the rest of the elves?
Burty was trained to talk by cheese master Darrel from the HMS Overpowered. Capitan Dave la Stave won Burty from a best out of three knots and crosses turnament, where all the cheese at Darrels Command did no good on such an even setting.
Interesting – glad to see more people using the whole exploding dice mechanics. Always nice to have someone be able to do a little more with their one lowly dice.
And there’s something always fantastic about a D12 lol
