Now that's one awesome beast. I love the flaming fits and the glow coming from his open maw. A great paint job always serves to inspire you as a collector in wargaming.

You are certainly correct about the paintwork inspiring the collector. One reason I often can’t help wanting any mini painted by Ángel Giráldez. 🙂

Owning one of the old-style Pyre Trolls, I like the new sculpt, but don’t think it’s “better” than the old one. I like them equally, they just present different aspects. One’s belching fire all over the place, the other’s slammin you with his flaming fists.
I like my metal one…even if he is a bit smaller than he should be
