Yeah, my question! 🙂
No, i was not trying to haunt for big, big cheese^^, just thought to something like the older shooting rules, where you can have 7+ hit rolls.
Unfortunately i always forget to re-read the first 20 sites in a rulebook… 😉
Still think they should of had the same as in shooting with 7+ to hit (roll a 6 then re roll and have to get 4+) just to keep the value of these items.
Hi, change the topic. Is it possible for two regiments to join durring the game to create horde. Let say two units of night goblin each of 20. As far as I’m aware unit of goblin can have 3 fanatics with them. Is horde can have more than 3.
Night goblins can only ever have three, they can’t override the maximum of three. As for two regiments, I think that the only army that can merge two regiments are empire, if the two units are the a unit with a detachment, and the detachment wants to merge with that unit.

This helps a bit. I agree that for consistency and to make extra kit worth taking, the rule should be for that same for close combat: 7+ needs a 6, followed by 4+.
But now I know that it is deferent for close combat vs. shooting.
