DGS Games’ Freeblades Heads To The Bloody Arena

DGS Games' Freeblades looks to be taking to the arena later this year with, aptly, Freeblades Arena. It's time for sandals and swords as you'll be taking to the pit to dish out some pain.
It will primarily be a fantasy style affair where you will be skirmishing around the arena bringing your foes down but they also want to provide a historical edge to it too called We Who Are About To Die!
This will take things into the realm of history and back to Ancient Rome using their own dice system. You'll be able to find out more about this at Adepticon 2014.

Demo’d the game with them a while back… wasn’t a fan. Felt like I was rolling dice die not a lot of reasons, like there was to many unnessary layers to the game
I want to like Freeblades. I really do. But between the “meh” minis, the dice, and the ugo-igo phase-based turn system, it just doesn’t have much appeal.
