Dark Sword Offer Up New Personalities From The Seven Kingdoms
March 18, 2013 by brennon
Dark Sword Miniatures have been exploring George R.R Martin's fantasy world with a whole host of new releases for the Seven Kingdoms. Check them out below...
Well that was certainly a lot of releases. I am usually a big fan of the Dark Sword Miniatures line, especially when it comes to Game of Thrones. However this time something it nagging at me and a few of these might have missed the mark. In particular the female miniatures above just don't look right in their facial features.
Arston and Belwas are good looking though, especially the white bearded master!
By favourite of the bunch though is the Night's Watch Warrior. I love cloaks and wintery base design, plus he looks like a gruff burly warrior too so that works well. More Night's Watch members would be fantastic!
If you're not into Martin's world then they also have this Female Rogue ready to sneak through some back alleys to drop her prey and make off with the loot.
Will you be grabbing one of these characters for your role-playing or just for display purposes?
Drop me a comment below.
Always love darksword minis. The rogue is exquisite. The long sword makes a nice change from short sword and a crossbow. One with a whip or bolas would be nice.
I have to agree with you Brennon, somethings out of place with them. Something about the faces is just off.
Yes… A bit stiff as well. They’ve done much better.
Maybe it’s the paint-job.
What, no new anthromorphic animals? 🙁
Otherwise looks good.
