Colpo di Mano Appears in a Puff of Smoke from Freebooter
June 19, 2012 by brennon
More awesome looking Work-in-Progress from the folks at Freebooter Miniatures today. If you're looking for the ultimate assassin then how about getting together enough gold to hire Colpo di Mano of the Brotherhood?
This masked assassin who wouldn't look out of place in the world of Carnevale is a deadly melee combatant who rushes forwards under the cover of smoke bombs to get stuck in. Then, like the smoke he deploys he will be gone before you know it.
I actually think this is one of the coolest models I have seen in a long time. Now, how to work him into a Mordheim Warband?
Do you like Colpo Di Mano as much as me?

Certainly do Ben!
Want for my Brotherhood! Definitely want.
Did I mention I want Colpo
Useful for Carnevale? Definitely – There’s already a Guild figure you could use him as but you could also paint that smoke bomb up as a shiny golden orb and add some grandiose freehand patterns to his clothes to make him a Patrician. It would really add to his pose as he’d be offering payment with one hand and concealing stabby death with the other…loving this sculpt.
This sculpt has already plenty of detail in it dispite being work-in-progress.
At first it looked like he was holding the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.
You ninja me on that comment! Now if only I could give you 1000 karma 🙂
I can’t help but have flashbacks to Assassin’s creed with this guy.
