Check out the Con Exclusives from Privateer Press!
August 15, 2012 by brennon
Both Hordes and Warmachine are getting a miniature exclusive to conventions, more specifically Gen Con this week! Check out the Privateer Press pair below...
First up is the Bombardier Bombshell sporting a mighty mug of ale and the barrel to go with it. I don't think anyone is going to be wrestling that away from her.
Next is the Horde offering, the Druid Gone Wilder. A poor Troll is being squished but all that matters is the golden ale and the promise of more on the horizon!
So which one will you be picking up?

i know the guys at Privateer Press do good work but these have to be the best looking mini’s, I’ve seen from them.

Considering that these are supposed to be up on the webstore during GenCon, I’m seriously considering getting the Bombadier Bombshell! Let’s hope PP have finally fixed the problem with their international shipping calculator..
Use your beer fest feat and get drunk turn 1 !
Lovely models. Especially the orboros one.
So you are playing a Borka list, @nanabaky?
They both look like great sculpts to me. I especially like how they managed to showcase the inner workings of the man-o-war armor. The painting on the wilder is extraordinarily vibrant but it fits the model well.
Lol no, is there such kind of a feat with Borka ?
I’ve started a skrone army. They probably drink their beer hot (with needles for maximum pain).
His feat is mosh pit but he has a keg carrier assistant and the stumbling drunk rule.
I’m lovin the little dude begging for the beer 🙂 This is some of the best models from PP in some time.
I’m not normally a fan of cheesecake for cheesecake’s sake, but that druid sculpt is pretty cool. I may have to pick that up when I’m at GenCon (flight leaves in five hours).
What a nice surprise !
I might get one for myself…
I would like to get both of them. Hope they will available through their online store. I can’t get to GenCon.
On a general note I hate Limited Edition Minis. They are almost always extremely good looking and I never have money when they come out. Or the times I do have the money I can go to the place that has them. Why do companies have to tourcher us with sweet Limited Edition minis. Getting stuff before anyone else is great in my book. I can get it when I can. But I hate Limited Edition Minis.
As far as I can tell they are exclusives, but not limited. These models will probably eventually shift to be PP webstore exclusives. PP will also have them for sale to everyone durring the con (which doesn’t really solve the “no money right now” problem.)
Me too!
Especially the convention/gamesday/Salute/…what ever miniatures.
Khador bombadier… BRING THE BOOZE!
