Hi BoW, I was wondering if the make way rule applies even if the character’s base is a different size, which normally means the character has to be positioned at the edge of the unit he/she is in? I had a situation where I had a 25mm based character in a unit of skeletons on 20mm bases. Im not BoW but I think you need a challange to get into basecontact with the dude…. You cant be “inside” the unit if your charachter base is not the same (or fills two ore more slots but still in synch) as the units…..
Your opponent charged to give you the maximum frontage you can get as the rules state. The rule book says because your base was bigger than the units, you have to stand at the side of the unit, you also arent allowed use the “make way” rule because of the different base sizes.
What you are allowed do, is challange his charactar with your character.
Thanks for the clarification guys, much appreciated.
