They appear to have been spot on with the sculpting for this fellow, and he should make a great addition to the line. He could also be used within a Historical context as a musician for a regiment of ashigaru warriors perhaps?

When I first saw the artwork/model, I thought he was downing a jug of sake. My apologies to Junichi, and I hope I haven’t offended his honor. XD
I was thinking the same tbh.
Not the best of their work in respects of conviction in conveying the narrative, but still a decent mini imho
and to be fair I can’t say I have studied an Ashigaru blow a conch.
