More Bushido Art For A New Wave Of Awesome Releases!
June 24, 2013 by brennon
The folks from GCT Studios are continuing their preview of upcoming miniatures for the next wave in Bushido. See what you think of this latest concept art double whammy below...
So to get things rolling we have the serpentine Kahime for the Ito Clan and the more serene and peaceful Fisherman for the Temple of Ro-Kan. As always it will be interesting to see how close to the artwork they get with these pieces.
Of the two I'm most looking forwards to seeing how Kahime turns out. With the snake body to work with and the archer pose it's going to look awesome. I think if I was going to go with any faction in Bushido it would have to be the deadly Ito.
You can also vote for which piece of art you'd like to see next by following the links above. There are some fascinating silhouettes above with a few of them having a demonic edge to them!
It's been fascinating seeing what they draw upon from Far Eastern mythology and along with Zenit's Kensei range you have a mass of creatures and people with which to take into an Oriental fantasy world.
What do you think?

Yes, Kahime looks awesome even with the Imperial guard cap.
Interesting bit about the silhouettes is that they are all for factions we haven’t seen yet.
Silvermoon Trading Syndicate, Tengu, Jung Pirates, Minimoto and Shiho.
I say I’d like to see the big thing with wings. It looks like a rabbit is sitting on his wing 😛
Archery bitch again
When you shoot off that side of the bow you need thumb release not two fingers under and one over otherwise the arrow will shoot pathetically off to the right.
