Pirate accent is west country (due largely to the fact that Edward Teach aka Blackbeard was thought to have come from Bristol so the pirate actors in early ‘talkies’ put on thick west coutry accents and its stuck ever since).

since you guys are doing an entire week of cutlass I hope you can help us understand what makes cutlass stand out as unique among all of the other pirate games out there (no, not dread fleet, nobody cares about that one)

I have recently acquired the whole undead pirate range from Black Scorpion miniatures and the sculpts are fantastic. I’m really looking forward to the Cutlass week ahead!
