This game has a magnificently bonkers aesthetic. I’d love to see a game played.
Such crazy minis! It really makes me interested.
I would love to say I have been playing Relics but so much on the market today I normally wait for a good starter boxed set like FoW, Bolt Action and DZC have done. I really like the Brit minis though so a plastic starter set would really push me over the edge imho. Not seen a game played yet either or any of the models in the flesh. 🙁 I saw they did a KS but money off models doesnt really show much excitement. LOVE the aesthetics of this game and the rules push the boundaries from the norm. However, note that I found the pewter miniatures VERY tricky to assemble – Plastic starter sets would be a Godsend!!
Really watching seeing the video and can’t wait to see the other factions.
One of these days am gonna finish my starter set dammit! then I think some Grenadiers and scots might be on the cards.

There’s a few Relics battle reports on youtube, worth checking out if you’re interested. I’m a big fan as my sizeable amount of Nuem and Vaettir will attest (more to come following the recent KS!)

oi Gavin, I thought we weren’t mentioning “that” incident. Although the level of destruction caused by “the King’s Anger” in “that” incident, indicated that the King wasn’t merely angry, but was furious and boiling with rage. So the spell was a game changer, I went from merely losing to obliterating my remaining Brits. In context though – all 3 or 4 remaining Orcnar units and all remaining Britanan units were in the blast zone, and I failed to roll doubles for the Orcnar units, but succeeded to roll doubles for the Brits. I join the comments suggesting it would be nice to see BoW playing a game with the minis. Maybe something similar to Dave/Warren series or the Dreadball tutorial- just 1 video at least :s if you have the resources etc
