We asked for more vehicles in Star Wars: Legion and it looks like 2019 is the year where Fantasy Flight Games deliver. Both the Rebels and the Galactic Empire are getting themselves some snazzy to play with starting with the Rebels and their X-34 Landspeeder.

X-34 Landspeeder - Star Wars Legion

The X-34 is fast, and because of its use as a commercial vehicle across different planets, it has the build to deal with some rugged terrain too. Whilst it doesn't have much in the way of armour it makes up for it with pure dogged persistence and comes with a very brave crew touting a missile launcher!

The mounted laser on the front should give you some staying power, and it has plenty of options for dealing with infantry as well as vehicles. Because of its speed, you'd hope this could zip around the back of an army, getting to the exposed flanks too.

[Insert Overly Long Name Here]

Yes, the next vehicle has a designation which I'm entirely sure it didn't need. Meet the TX-225 GAVw Occupier Combat Assault Tank.

Instead of being a sitting duck, ready to be raided by Rebels, this take on the tank can be used to support the advance of infantry on the tabletop. It carries a few guns, to say the least, many more than the Landspeeder! It also benefits from heftier armour too, sacrificing speed for staying power.

As well as being a moving gun platform, the TX-225 also works as a troop transport, able to bring Stormtroopers closer to the action so you can secure those objectives.

Are you going to be snagging either of these miniatures for yourself?
