Is it too early to be packed and ready to go?
4Ground, always fun to watch. I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on my pledge but doing some kit bashing sounds fun too. I wonder if the fabled realms have beast or lizard men; I’ve got a box of frost grave gnolls I haven’t put to use yet…
This is a great point, a few beastie type races would be cool.
I’ve been building some of the frostgrave soldiers and barbarians for my little fabled realms warband. Its great to see some of the bits here so Im not to far away. I didnt think about gobins and never thought about the different arms from other companies. I’m so excited to see this turn up,very dissapointed I didnt get in for next weekend 🙁 I’ll be watching though!!
Mordheim was the first game I played after a 10 year hiatus from wargaming and I wasn’t prepared to fork out a fortune on buying out-of-production minis from eBay.. so this is exactly how I put together my Middenheimers. Since then, we’ve had the likes of the plastic Frostgrave, Shieldmaiden and Fire & Sword sprues to borrow from.. so the future is bright (or at least, mis-matched grey) when it comes to kitbashed Fabled Realms warbands!
