GMM Studios Shows Off Tribal Ogres You Never Knew You Needed
September 12, 2017 by deltagamegirl22
I've said it before and I'll say it again - the amount of talent and creativity some folks have never ceases to amaze me...
...and the most recent project from Brandon Palmer (GMM Studios) is the perfect example of this.
We get the privilege of admiring Brandon's work at Adepticon every year, and each display from him is truly a work of art. For those of you unfamiliar, GMM Studios creates one of a kind, custom armies and displays, and his latest is just plain fantastic. Feast your eyes on "The Last Voyage Of The Crusty Anchovy!"
A customer wanted a "tribal ogre" army, so Brandon went to work. I think the final result is nothing short of amazing and has created a need for tribal ogres that we hadn't considered before. Just look at the level of detail on the board as a whole (insert jaw dropping emoji).
My favourites totally have to be the ogres riding crocodiles! And those tribal masks!
If this spectacle isn't awesome enough, then you have to read the poem/song that accompanies the display (most effective if sung to the tune of Mele Kalikimaka):
"Ello, I wanna munch ya" is da thing to say
on a bright, humie huntin' day.
Dat's da island greeting dat we send ta you
From da land where fat guts sway
Here ya know yerr bones will be white and bright
Da sun will shine by day and the spit at night
"Ello, I wanna munch ya" is da Butcha's way
to say get in my belly, to you!
What do you think of this fantastic island calamity?

The amount of work that goes into GMM’s stuff is amazing! I love the one one the throne!
The ones on Crocodiles are from another game range, the name escapes me off the top of my head. You should find them because their other races are cool too
Those are really good.
that looks fantastic.
