Deep-Cut Create More Terrain Tiles For Your Woodland Battes
June 28, 2016 by brennon
Deep-Cut Studios have put together a new selection of Terrain Tiles for use in your woodland battles, the Midland Nature. It's neat to see someone looking to my fair county for inspiration...
This set is going to give you a range of different tiles which include four basic forest tiles in a range of different designs, two hills, two rocks and two swamps. Each of the designs is meant to work together to give you an almost instant board with a few variations each time.
You could mix these in with the tiles that they already have of the rivers variety to create nice woodland scenes set to lovely greenery. I think what you might do is use these as the basis for some proper spot terrain like Lloyd's sponge rocks of course and some trees too.
What do you think?

A nice quick and easy way to dress up a game table.
nice.
will be great for designing a battle table?
in juxtaposition to how great i thought the rivers and roads set is, im not a fan of 2d terrain. I understand its uses and I can see why people go for it, but I dont think this set is for me
Could be great for folks wanting to set up Warmachine & Hordes tables quickly as they don’t tend to dwell too much on the 3D terrain side of things.
epic 40k maybe?
I wanted to play the Beasts of War Endor game, but didn’t want to buy and store lots of wee trees! – got a solution now 🙂
